A Motion Chart from My Thesis

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!!!

This is an interactive motion chart (or in other words "trendalyzer") that shows the results of a part of my thesis research process. Please make sure you follow these directions before using the chart:

_ Open the "Color" menu and set it to "Stress Level"
_ Open the "horizontal line" menu (منوی افقی) and set it to "Time"***

*** Unfortunately I could not find a way to set the time the way I like. In my project instead of real time I deal with different steps. There are 3 steps and in each step mothers were provided with a certain amount of information. The goal of the chart is to show how this can have influence on the mothers' "stress level" and "tendency to buy a product that has an alarm feature for the abrupt rise in fever". Despite the effort I made to present this correctly, the program turns my "Steps" into years. So what you see as "1901", "1902" and "1903" actually means "Level 1", "Level 2" and "Level 3".Sorry for the inconvenience!

Using the program is really easy and fun. There are some points that make it easier for a first-time user to see the results he/she wants. Such as:

- Moving your cursor on a circle shows all the information about it at that certain time.
- Clicking on a circle makes the other circles less transparent and focuses more on the circle you want to see. This gives you the chance to better compare it to the other circles.
- If you want to see the trail lines, check the trails box and DO NOT FORGET to choose the circle which you want to see the trail of. You can choose multiple circles at the same time.
_ You can click on the "play" button or drag the play cursor to see how circles change in time.
